Silicon Harbor.

01 — The team

A founding group of
VLSI veterans.

Not a recruiter, and not a single founder. Semiconductor people who have shipped silicon at scale — building the company we want to work in.

Silicon Harbor is being built by a small group of VLSI veterans — engineers from Qualcomm and beyond, with multiple SoC tape-outs and shipped products behind them. We are starting with people, not a finished product: the founding team will help shape the technical direction, not inherit it.

The founding group is not closed. The veterans named below have joined so far, and we are still looking for co-founders — senior people who want equity, ownership and a real voice in where this company goes. Open seats sit beside them. We will add names as we confirm them.

How we will work with you

Every compensation number we put in front of you is one we can fund. The funding status we describe is the real one. We recruit in the open, on our own merits. And we will ask you to relocate only once the offer, the funding and the office are all real — confirmed to you in writing. Until that point, the conversation costs you nothing.
