Being ready to quit your job is not a requirement. Register at whatever fits where you are right now.
The founding group is not closed. If you are a senior VLSI or systems leader who wants equity, ownership and a definitive voice in technical direction — a stake, not a job — there is room at the table. Choose “Co-founder” on the registration form.
A founding role — build it with us from the core, from day one.
Contribute part-time while you keep your current role.
Review, advise and lend your judgement when it counts.
Defined-scope work on a contract basis, if that suits you better.
We would rather know you exist than miss you because the timing was not full-time. Senior, curious, and willing to help build something from Kochi — that is the whole brief. Tape-out experience is preferred, not required for the right person.
